Questions of a Scientific Sort

I would now like to ask for some answers to some very important questions in the scientific realm. Is the sun losing power? If it is losing power; at what rate is the sun losing power? Is the earth's rate of rotation slowing down? If it is slowing; at what rate? Is the moon moving further away from the earth? If it is moving further away; at what rate? Is the ocean getting saltier every year? If it is getting saltier; at what rate? I believe that is enough questions for now. I am looking forward to reading your answers.

Where Did the Amoeba Come From?

This is a chance for the evolution science world to give an explanation to where we came from. Let's go back to the amoeba. According to evolution, animal life started out as an amoeba right? Well, in that case, please explain the process by which the amoeba came into existence. Also did all life come from that amoeba including plant life, or did plant life originate another way? If plant life is separate from animal life how did it originate?

What does the Bible say?

Let's start this debate out by going to a good source, the Bible...

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Psalm 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. 2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. 3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

The Bible versus Evolution

It is time to begin a great debate area where people who believe in evolution can debate people who believe in creation. Yes, I know there are many places where this has already been done, but I am looking for the best of the best in both fields to begin debating each other cleanly and clearly. Bring on your very best debate, and most convincing evidence from both sides of the issue, and let the readers decide for themselves. Here is the key to this debate. Either side that feels the need to use curse words, or the need to degrade the person that made a statement on either side of the issue does not have any ground to stand on with what they believe, because if your side of the issue stand on true facts it can stand on it's own without any degrading remarks. Therefore I would like to ask that you choose your words wisely. Here we go, let the debate begin!
